Years ago, to meet our own production needs related to the use of powder pigments, we developed our predispersed masterbatches or mono-pigments, identified by the registered trademark RIFRASPERS®.

The goal was to have corresponding concentrated masterbatches for the main color indices—much like a bouillon cube, to explain the concept—useful for medium-to-small batch production where the use of powder caused significant inconvenience and long equipment setup and cleaning times.

Initially developed for polyolefins, the range has gradually expanded thanks to the experience gained over the years and increasingly significant and specific market demands.

Today, Rifraspers® cover most polymers, such as EVA, LDPE, PP, PS, SAN, PA, and others.

Our Rifraspers® have concentrations ranging from 20% to over 60% active pigment content; they are made with organic pigments, inorganic pigments, and soluble dyes, and can also be produced based on specific Color Index requests if not already present in our range.

To date, Rifraspers® synthesize our technological know-how in terms of dispersing various coloring substances and selecting the most high-performance active ingredients to achieve the best results. They remain a point of reference and a focus of continuous research and study aimed at facilitating and simplifying both internal and external coloring processes.

We wanted to share these advantages with our customers who perform internal coloring by providing our support both in terms of product and colorimetric services.
