Digital organization and traceability at the service of an increasingly dynamic market
The department consists of 5 people, 4 of whom work in the internal and external logistics warehouse and one in the shipping department. Our warehouses are organized and equipped with racks using a digital logic for identification, location, and material picking to meet the needs of an increasingly dynamic market. Arrivals and shipments are organized by schedules that are automatically accessible via the IT system. Every product within our warehouses is traceable via a barcode that identifies the item code and the material batch, speeding up the search for various materials to facilitate and correctly execute arrival, location, picking, and shipping operations. For both incoming and outgoing goods, the warehouse carefully verifies that all information on the transport documents matches the external appearance of the goods, checks the integrity of the material and, for incoming raw materials, prepares any samples for quality control before proceeding with the storage of the goods in the designated warehouses.

Packaging
In the spirit of competence and professionalism, for us, packaging is not just a simple service. We offer multiple solutions: valve or open-mouth plastic bags, opaque and/or transparent bags, big bags, aluminum bags, and octabins, with standard 25 kg packs and 20 or 15 kg packs upon request. Customized labels are also available.
Palletization
Rifra manages standard palletization on wooden pallets and, upon request, on EPAL euro pallets, plastic pallets, and pallets complying with the ISPM-15 standard for international shipments.
Raw material stock
The stock of raw materials is defined based on monthly consumption and production commitments. It is a dynamic value, verified monthly and linked to production and customer requests, which allows production to be managed with flexibility and in timeframes aligned with market demands.
Finished product stock
Rifra can manage, for customers who request it, minimum stocks of finished products to guarantee short delivery times, for both catalog and tailor-made products, with a maximum pickup within 3 months for scheduled orders.
Shipping and express deliveries
We deliver worldwide with real-time tracking
Deliveries are regularly monitored through real-time tracking systems provided by logistics suppliers; the status of the goods can be known at any time, allowing us to keep the customer constantly informed. We deliver worldwide, both within and outside the EU, and reach any area via land, sea, and air transport. With our express delivery service, we are able to offer speed and flexibility, delivering both laboratory samples and small production batches within a few hours, both in Italy and abroad.
