The company maintains efficient and up-to-date facilities in line with technical evolution, with the objective of preventing injuries, accidents and occupational diseases.

Rifra consistently invests in training and safety culture for its employees in order to increase their awareness and active contribution to the continuous improvement of working conditions. This commitment led to obtaining BS-OHSAS 18001 certification in 2015, subsequently updated to UNI EN ISO 45001:2018.
Environmental Protection
The company is committed to reducing its environmental impacts, operating with the conviction that growth must be accompanied by responsible behavior toward the environment. In 2015, Rifra obtained certification of its environmental management system according to UNI EN ISO 14001:2015.
Energy and Efficiency
The company constantly monitors energy consumption to improve efficiency, reduce emissions and orient its activities toward increasing use of renewable sources. The process has been certified with ISO 50001.
