The department consists of two people. The Rifra IT Manager ensures, with the support of the entire department, the correct functioning of the company’s entire hardware and software infrastructure, ranging from the data center to help desk assistance and IT training on new security regulations, while also aiming to keep the infrastructure itself up to date.
