Rifra’s Ethical System
The organizational, management, and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 constitutes a pillar of Rifra’s ethical system.
Model 231
Through Model 231, the company promotes legality, transparency, and responsibility, defining clear principles for risk management and crime prevention. The adoption of the Model aims to inform all personnel and partners about the responsibilities provided by regulations, prevent misconduct through training and monitoring activities, and apply an effective disciplinary system in case of violations.
Model 231 is supported by the Code of Ethics, which defines the sphere of ethical and social responsibility of each individual and represents an essential tool for preventing unlawful or irresponsible conduct.
Supervisory Body
The Supervisory Body ensures compliance with the provisions of the Model, monitors its implementation, and manages any reports.
Whistleblower Reports
In compliance with the European Directive and Legislative Decree 24/2023 on whistleblowing, Rifra has also established a dedicated channel for whistleblower reports, accessible to all stakeholders. Reports are handled by the Supervisory Body in full compliance with regulations.
